Introduction Tzatziki is a classic Greek yogurt‑based sauce that’s cool, creamy, and refreshing. Traditionally served with grilled meats, pita, or mezze platters, it also pairs beautifully with Indian snacks like bajji and pakoda, adding a tangy and herby twist. Ingredients Cucumber – 1 medium, grated (large holes of a box grater) Greek yogurt – 1½ cups Fresh parsley – 1 tbsp, finely chopped Fresh mint – 1 tbsp, finely chopped Fresh dill – 1 tbsp, finely chopped Lemon juice – 1 tbsp (adjust to taste) Extra virgin olive oil – 1 tbsp (plus extra for drizzling) Garlic – 1 clove, grated Salt – a pinch (adjust to taste) Method Prepare cucumber: Grate cucumber using the large holes of a box grater.
